The university was established in 1961 and initially admitted a small number of graduate students. Since then, it has grown significantly and now they have thousands of UK and international students attending. Their campus is always developing. Some recent developments are their mathematical sciences building and the recently opened sports and wellness hub. They also have plans for an arts centre and biomedical research building. They have a 24-hour library that houses thousands of books with study spaces, quiet areas and more. The campus has tonnes of green spaces to enjoy too including woodland, open fields and lakes.  

Postgraduate Programs They Run 

University of Warwick provide a wide range of postgraduate courses. Some of the programs offered cover topics such as finance, science, law, engineering, health, data, business and more. Some of the accreditations they provide include Master of Science (MSc), Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert), Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip), Masters of Art (MA), Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and more. Postgraduate courses can be completed on part-time or full-time basis also.  

Admissions Process 

To apply for an undergraduate course at University of Warwick, you must complete and submit a UCAS online application. It is important to ensure you include the correct institution and course codes, you can easily find these on the University of Warwick website. Then, you will hear from the university whether you have been successful. They may invite you for an interview or offer you a place on the course. Postgraduate students can apply via the University of Warwick applications portal. You can find links to apply on the course pages on their website.  

Accommodation 

University of Warwick have accommodation options for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. You can either choose to live on campus in the halls of residence or off campus. To apply, simply fill out the application form on the University of Warwick website. Most housing has a shared kitchen and common area with en suite bathrooms. However, some flats and halls do have a shared bathroom. The number of spaces varies depending on the hall. The cost of living also varies depending on the property. Some rooms are non-standard which means they are smaller than the standard room size but still have the same facilities. This is considered in the accommodation fees. The accommodation fees are managed by student finance. There are funding options for accommodation at University of Warwick also.  

Scholarships and Financial Support 

The university has several scholarships and bursaries for UK students including the Women in Engineering Scholarship, the Warwick Undergraduate Global Excellence Scholarship and the Royal Television Society Bursaries.
