The University of Reading was founded in 1892 as a University of Oxford extension college. They gained their Royal Charter in 1926. Currently, they have over 150,000 students from 180 different countries. They have been ranked as 27th in the Top 30 UK Universities.

The University of Reading has a range of self-catered and catered student accommodation to choose from at affordable prices. Your room will either have its own en-suite bathroom or you will have to share a bathroom with other students living in the accommodation.
