Event Details & Program Highlights
Scheduled for November 18th and 19th, 2025, the symposium will be held at the historic Ironmongers’ Hall in London. The program is structured around four core topics that represent critical stages in a veterinary professional’s career:
- Graduate Transition: Addressing the move from academic life into the professional world.
- Advanced Education and Training: Focusing on postgraduate qualifications, internships, and residencies.
- Continuing Education: Exploring ongoing professional development throughout a career.
- Licensure and Revalidation: Discussing the processes that ensure professionals maintain their standards.
The event will feature a range of presentations from esteemed educational leaders from both the veterinary and health professions, including confirmed speakers Professor John Norcini, Professor Olle ten Cate, Professor Lambert Schuwirth, Professor Suzanne Chamberlain, and Professor Martin Cake.
For those interested in actively contributing to the development of this new community, an additional pre-symposium workshop and networking day will be held on Monday, November 17th. This offers an excellent opportunity for attendees to collaborate and shape the future of veterinary education.
